At JainTea, your satisfaction matters to us. We aim to deliver the finest quality tea. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Period
You can request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The tea pack must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging
- The product should be in a resalable condition
- A valid order confirmation or purchase receipt must be provided
📌 Important:
We strongly recommend recording a video while opening the package. This ensures transparency and is required for any return or refund request. Claims without unboxing proof may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Opened or used tea products
- Tampered or damaged packaging
- Products purchased under sale or discount offers
- Items damaged during return transit (unless caused by our error)
